At THE HIDDEN CLOSET, we operate in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian consumer laws. All products sold and delivered within India are subject to the policy outlined below.
All purchases made from THE HIDDEN CLOSET are non-refundable. Once an order has been delivered, it is considered final and cannot be returned or refunded.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds after delivery. Exceptions are made only in extreme and genuine cases, such as:
- Manufacturing defects
- Products damaged during transit
- Receipt of an incorrect product
To initiate a request under these exceptional circumstances, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by emailing ayushiclips2510@gmail.com. The request must include clear photographs or videos of the product, outer packaging, and a valid proof of purchase. Requests received after 48 hours will not be eligible for review.
Inspection upon delivery
As per best consumer practices, customers are advised to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
Failure to report visible damage or discrepancies within the stipulated timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.
Non-returnable and non-refundable items
In accordance with Indian consumer regulations and hygiene standards, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Sale or discounted products
- Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional items
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items
- Personal care, beauty, or hygiene-related products
Replacement policy (if approved)
Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
If an exceptional case is approved after internal verification, THE HIDDEN CLOSET may offer a replacement of the same product, subject to stock availability.
Replacements may require the return of the original item or additional verification before dispatch.
Shipping and logistics
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Replacement shipments, where approved, will be processed as per standard delivery timelines within India.
Any delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or regional restrictions are beyond our control.
Order cancellations
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded after processing or dispatch.
Legal compliance and final authority
This policy is framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian laws.
Nothing in this policy limits a consumer’s statutory rights in cases of proven unfair trade practices or manufacturing defects as defined under Indian law.
All decisions regarding replacements, approvals, or exceptions rest solely with THE HIDDEN CLOSET and shall be final and binding. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
